VEG Shipping & Delivery Policy
Welcome to VEG. We are committed to delivering our high-performance technology to your doorstep safely and efficiently. Because our product range varies from portable beauty tech to industrial-grade wellness suites, we utilize specialized logistics partners to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or specialized freight scheduling is required, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if a significant delay is expected.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship all orders from our central distribution hub in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight:

Standard Parcel Shipping: (e.g., Digital Beauty Series). Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days within the EU.

Heavy Goods Shipping: (e.g., Arctic-Flow Cooling Series). Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days within the EU.

Freight & LTL Delivery: (e.g., Luxury Wellness & Recovery Suites). Due to the size and weight (120kg+), these items are shipped via specialized freight carriers. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.
3. Freight Delivery (Large Items)
For our Luxury Wellness and Industrial Cooling collections, please note:

Curbside Delivery: Standard freight delivery is "curbside." This means the driver will drop the pallet at the entrance of your property.

Appointment Scheduling: The carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
VEG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For deliveries within the EU, VAT is handled according to standard European regulations.
6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. For freight deliveries: Please inspect the crate before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note this on the driver's receipt before signing.
