Which countries do you ship to?
We currently offer express shipping across the entire European Union, with a primary focus on the Austrian and Slovenian markets. For large-scale industrial orders outside these regions, please contact our logistics team for a custom quote.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Thanks to our dual logistics hubs in Villach and Ljubljana, standard orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery within Austria and Slovenia usually takes 2–4 business days.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. We encourage local clients to visit our showroom in Villach (Ringmauergasse) or our hub in Ljubljana to collect their orders directly and experience our technical consultation firsthand.
What is your return policy for professional equipment?
We offer a 14-day return period for unused products in their original packaging. Due to the technical nature of our industrial and beauty equipment, items must be returned in "as-new" condition to qualify for a full refund.

Do you provide B2B invoices for tax deductions?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can enter your company details and VAT number. A professional invoice compliant with EU tax regulations will be automatically generated and sent to your email.
What warranty is provided with VEG products?
All our technical products come with a standard 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. We pride ourselves on European engineering standards and provide long-term technical support for all our professional clients.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order leaves our hub, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link. For larger units like the SF-90, our logistics partner may contact you directly to coordinate a specific delivery window.
Do you offer on-site technical support?
Yes. We provide direct, on-site technical support and setup assistance for all our customers. Whether you are installing a wellness suite or a digital beauty station, our team is available to ensure your high-performance systems are configured for immediate use.

Yes. Our X11 and V11 series are designed for high-resolution digital precision. You can upload any design or photo via our dedicated app, and the printer will transfer it with perfect detail in under 20 seconds.
What safety certifications do your products have?
Every product in the VEG catalog is CE certified. We ensure that our technology meets all relevant European safety, health, and environmental protection requirements before it reaches our customers.
Can I test the massage suites before purchasing?
We highly recommend it. You can book a private demonstration at our Villach showroom to test the ergonomic features and "Zero-Gravity" engineering of our wellness suites in person.
